Principal - Cathryn Warburton - email - website@acacialaw.com
Besides managing the firm, Cathryn Warburton heads Acacia Law's client liaison division. She is
generally the first port of call for all new clients. She ensures that each case that comes to Acacia
Law is treated as though it is exceptionally important, because we realise that to our clients, each
case is! Cathryn also ensures that cases are appropriately delegated, and that client's needs and
expectations are properly understood and managed.
Cathryn Warburton's passion for intellectual property law began when she worked for a top South African intellectual property
law firm in the early 1990's. She then gained extensive experience at a premier century-old, Intellectual Property Law firm
which (at that time) had offices in both Australia and New Zealand.
Cathryn ensures that each client is provided with excellent service from Acacia Law. Each client is valued and special and
unique. This leads to unique solutions, such as annual fees for all trade mark work, if appropriate.
Cathryn is an intellectual property litigator, experienced trade mark prosecutor, law lecturer and author of an online legal
publication titled "Copyright - Practice and Procedure" published by Brookers Ltd.
