Cathryn Warburton's passion for intellectual property law began when she worked for a top South African intellectual property law firm in the early 1990's. She then gained extensive experience at a premier century-old, Intellectual Property Law firm which (at that time) had offices in both Australia and New Zealand.

Cathryn ensures that each client is provided with excellent service from Acacia Law. Each client is valued and special and unique. This leads to unique solutions, such as annual fees for all trade mark work, if appropriate. Cathryn is the author of an online legal publication titled "Copyright - Practice and Procedure" published by Brookers Ltd. Cathryn has extensive experience in the following areas:

* Intellectual Property Litigation

* Intellectual Property Audits

* Anit-Counterfeiting and Border Protection Measures
